Terms & Conditions

The Company agrees to provide HVAC diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services as outlined in the signed estimate or invoice. Any modifications to the project scope, such as unforeseen ductwork repairs or electrical panel upgrades discovered during installation, will require a written change order and may incur additional costs.

Timeline estimates are provided in good faith. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, manufacturer backorders, or county permit inspection scheduling.

Payments: For new system installations, a deposit may be required before equipment is ordered. The remaining balance is due immediately upon substantial completion of the work.

Service Calls: Payment for diagnostic fees and authorized repairs is due at the time of service unless prior commercial billing arrangements have been made.

Late Payments: Invoices overdue by more than 14 days will accrue interest at 1.5% per month. The Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.

Financing: Third-party financing offers (e.g., 0% interest) are subject to credit approval by the lending institution, not Always On Air AC.

Manufacturer Warranty: Most new equipment comes with a 10-Year Limited Parts Warranty, provided the Customer registers the equipment within 60 days of installation. Always On Air AC will assist with this registration on the Customer's behalf.

Labor Guarantee: We provide a 1-year labor warranty on new installations and specific repairs. This covers defects in our workmanship.

Voiding Warranty: Warranties may be voided if the system is serviced by an unauthorized third party, damaged by Acts of God (e.g., lightning strikes, flooding), or if the Customer fails to perform required routine maintenance (e.g., regular filter changes).

Membership in the Comfort Club provides bi-annual tune-ups, priority scheduling, and discounts on repairs. Memberships are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew.

Either party may cancel a maintenance agreement with 30 days written notice. If the Customer cancels prior to the end of a 12-month term after receiving discounted services, the Company reserves the right to bill for the difference between the discounted rate and the standard retail rate.

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Always On Air AC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including temporary loss of use of the property, mold growth, or damage to perishable goods resulting from HVAC failure.

While we take extreme care during installations, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage to drywall, paint, or landscaping that occurs during the standard course of removing heavy equipment.

Always On Air AC ensures all full system replacements meet current Florida Building Codes and municipal requirements for Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties.

The Customer agrees to allow county inspectors access to the property to finalize permits. Failure to schedule or allow the final inspection does not relieve the Customer of payment obligations.
